Purchase Policy

When you buy tickets online you see a reference code. Make a note of this, this is all you need to bring along. If you are unable to print please make sure you bring along the unique reference and surname for the booking. You are welcome to show the code via phone or tablet also. 

Please be aware that all children must be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, refunds are not available. Tickets purchased online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

The cards that we can accept for payment are:

MasterCard

You will be required to bring the card which was used to purchase tickets on the day of your visit.

Please click on our 'Prices' page for our Admission Policy including documentation required for carers and guests with disabilities. Without correct documentation we will be unable to offer our 1 to 1 concession. 


We regret that dogs are not permitted at Mrs Dowsons Farm, with the exception of assistance dogs.
