Find out about the things we're doing to help to keep you safe at the farm.

Plan Your Visit

We're here to help you

Online Booking

We'll be limiting numbers and asking ALL visitors to book online in advance to avoid disappointment.

We are soooo HAPPY to be able to welcome you back to the farm. We know things are going to feel a bit different, so we've put together some information for you to explore before you visit and understand what changes we've made to help keep you safe

 Please don't visit...

if you are in a high risk category, are self-isolating or if you or anyone you've been in contact with has symptoms of coronavirus. We'll look forward to welcoming you to the farm but for now, it's not worth the risk

Book online

We'll be limiting the numbers of visitors at any time and we'll be operating timed entry to avoid queues.

Please don't touch

We'll be cleaning much more regularly than normal but please try to avoid touching fences, windows, signs and play areas. Our play area and sandpits are now open, but bring your own buckets and spades!

Stay 2m Apart

Please keep your distance from other visitors outside your household. We'll be closing confined indoor spaces and only offering take away foods to make this easier. We're putting in place safe queing systems at our main entrance, toilets and food coffee shop to keep you safe.

Booking Online

We are moving to a primarily online booking function so that we can manage the capacity of visitors coming through the farm gates, therefore maintaining social distancing and importantly visit the farm safely. Book in advance to avoid disappointment!

Sessions available to book

You can book an arrival slot at any of the following times listed above, and then stay in the Farm Park for as long as you want. You can arrive anytime during the arrival slot, so, for example, if you book an 11am slot, but turn up at 11.10am that is fine. Also, if you happen to be running late or early, your booking barcode will still work so there is no need to try to re-book; this is simply about spreading out visitors throughout the day so that you can have a better experience, and we can manage capacity and maintain suitable social distancing conditions

What will be open

In our first weeks of opening the focus is on allowing you back into the farm park, with limited facilities, but we will phase these back in over the coming weeks and will only re-open facilities when we are confident we have systems, risk assessments and team members in place.

The Coffee Shop will be open for a grab and go, takeaway service including hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes and of course ice cream! We will be operating a one-way system and ensuring social distancing measures. Please dress for the weather on the day as queueing and social distancing measures rely on the outdoor spaces.

W are monitoring government advice carefully on changes and restrictions. We cannot say at present what the future holds and we do understand that many of you will choose to wait to visit to enjoy all the facilities.
