What we look for
A genuine smile and an ability to connect with others is a great start! You love dealing with different types of people and are ready to work as part of a team. High levels of energy are vital. You're efficient at getting things done, but that doesn't mean you skip on the details. You like to do a job right - every time.
Experience in delivering excellent customer services is great. You'll need to be legally allowed to work in the UK to apply for a job at the farm.
