As 'Lancashire's Favourite Farm' we have lots of new arrivals, expansions and events to market. It's important to engage with our fantastic community of visitors. Managing our brand, key messages and company values in a fun and inclusive way.

Learn about digital marketing in a thriving business environment at 'Lancashire's Favourite Farm' – and earn at the same time. The programme takes at least 12 months to complete and gives you the opportunity to gain a Digital Marketer Level 3 (A level).

This opportunity will be a fantastic entry point into the world of Digital Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities

To be successful for this Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, being confident and have some knowledge/experience in Digital Marketing will be beneficial.

Managing social media channels and updating on a regular basis
Content and copywriting - descriptions (new and updated), blogs, website pages, social posts etc.
Help with the creation of engaging content including photography & videography
Develop marketing campaigns around specific events and more general promotions.
Update the website when necessary
Assist in managing tickets, events and promoting business growth
Use analytic tools to see website, promotion and social performance
Email marketing campaigns
Customer Service - assist with product knowledge and customer expectations
General admin duties - answering phone calls, emails, filing/photocopying etc.

Requirements and Prospects

Passionate for marketing, media or design

Able to work off own initiative and as part of a team

Passion for Photography and Videography

Adaptable in a dynamic workplace

Experience and/or knowledge of digital marketing is desirable
Communication skills - verbal and written
IT Literate - Microsoft Office (Adobe Suite is advantageous)
Ability to solve issues in a time efficient manner

Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Math and English A* - C ( 9 - 4 ) are required. Qualifications in a creative field are beneficial
