Booking Fee & Refunds

The charge for a stand is £90 for the full weekend (Saturday & Sunday) including VAT and is a non-refundable payment.

Booking Conditions

​

We will endeavour to offer you the days you have requested and will confirm the details back to you and issue an invoice. Your booking is confirmed when we have received full payment which is due upon receipt of your invoice. Stands cannot be reserved. Traders are required to man the stand for the duration of the day.

Allocation of Stands

​

Stands will be allocated by the Mrs Dowsons Farm Park team following the planned layout which is designed to offer the visitor the best experience.

*The sharing of stand space is not permitted, and only the products produced by the company who has booked the space can be displayed on the stand. Allocations are based on type to create the best conditions for those who have booked.

Conditions of Entry & Stand Displays

Applications must give a clear and concise description of the products displayed. Mrs Dowsons Farm Park reserves the right to refuse the staging of a stand if not in accordance with the details supplied on the application form. Signage must be kept to a minimum and be in keeping with other stands and the overall creative design of the event, the final decision is with the Event Team. Mrs Dowsons Farm Park reserve the right to refuse use of any inappropriate, unsafe or offensive materials.

Electrics

If you require an electrical connection for your stand, please indicate accordingly on the application form. All electrical equipment must be PAT tested.

Facilities

​

Toilets and tea & coffee facilities are available in the ice cream parlour. WIFI is available as well for the use of your card machines in a secure network.

​

Set up & Break Down

​

You will have vehicle access to the front of the courtyard where you can unload. Cars must then be parked in the yard area behind the containers so to leave maximum space for public cars. There will be a Marshall on the car park to show you where to park.

Set up will be from 8am when all stands should be completed and any other items cleared away and cars moved to the exhibitor parking area by 9:30.

Break down can begin from the closure of the farm park. The markets are open from 10am till 5pm.

Displays can be left set up but we highly recommend you remove anything of value as Mrs Dowsons Farm Park is not liable for personal possessions or products at anytime during or outside of an event hours. Please be aware that the cabins do not have secure locks on them.

Stands need to be manned for the full market opening times with no late opening or early closing permitted. If this is breached it may affect future attendance at our events.
