We grew and expanded to become one of the largest quality ice cream manufactures in North West, this doesn’t mean we have forgotten our roots, hubby still gets up at 5 am every morning to milk the cows, and there isn’t a day when we finish working before it goes dark, and usually that doesn’t stop us.
Above everything we are passionate farmers, working the land dusk till dawn. We farm a 350 acre farm which carries out a wide range of activities, including production of crops, rearing animals, milk production, wildlife conservation and recreation activities.
