Enjoy calming yoga with the joy of goats! Goat Yoga has been proven to help reduce stress, anxiety and depression brought on by our daily lives. Whether you’re just beginning or you’re looking to perfect your practice, a yoga class at the Farm with your goats offers a special way of connecting with nature. Take part in a 45-minute Vinyasa style yoga class and 30 minutes free time where you can pet the goats, take photos and relax in the pastures or indoor barn. Classes sizes are limited to ensure a calm, safe environment. Your instructor will guide you through gentle poses designed to calm your mind and strengthen your body. Children 10 years and older are welcome with an accompanying parent/guardian. Our goats will wander freely between you. Things to bring: Yoga Mat or Towel Phone / Camera Water Bottle Comfortable clothing FARM PARK ADMISSION IS NOT INCLUDED WITH GOAT YOGA SESSIONS.
