Since 1954, we have farmed the gently rolling hills of the Ribble Valley. It is this experience, nurtured over time, that we believe sets us apart from the competition.

In the Agricultural industry of today, diversification is an integral part of the survival of most farm businesses. The recent outbreak of Foot and Mouth Disease hit the industry hard, and farms have since looked to alternative forms of income to ease recovery after the devastating disease.

We have manufactured and sold milk, cream and other dairy products to milkmen, catering establishments, educational facilities and retail outlets for many years, and we felt that to produce a range of real dairy ice creams was a very natural progression.

From humble beginnings, making quite small batches of a few flavours, we have tried and tested many different ingredients and developed a range that we are very happy to offer out to our customers.

We now manufacture over twenty flavours, with new ones constantly under development.
